Active\u00a0Massachusetts PT license\u00a0in good standing.
Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy (required).

The\u00a0Physical Therapist (PT)\u00a0is responsible for planning, evaluating, and delivering high-quality physical therapy interventions as prescribed by a physician. You\u2019ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance each resident\u2019s mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.<\/p>\n
Principais responsabilidades
Resident Care<\/p>\n
Conduct physical therapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs to improve strength, balance, and functional mobility.
Supervise\u00a0Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), students, and support staff according to state and professional standards.
Identify when referrals to other disciplines are needed for comprehensive resident care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing records.
Communicate changes in residents\u2019 conditions to the care team.
Ensure confidentiality and safeguard all patient health information.
Training & Education<\/p>\n
Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
Provide training and education for Restorative Nursing and care staff.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and continued care.
Support\u00a0PTA and PT student development\u00a0and mentorship programs.
Maintain compliance with all required education, training, and competency programs.
