Base Salary:\u00a0$375,000\u2013$400,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Starting Bonus:\u00a0$20,000\u2013$30,000 sign-on bonus + retention incentives
Relocation Assistance:\u00a0Housing stipend available ($1,500\u2013$2,000\/month for up to 6 months)
Shift:\u00a0Monday\u2013Friday, 8 a.m.\u20135 p.m. (occasional weekends and on-call 5\u20136 days\/month)

We\u2019re looking for a compassionate and experienced\u00a0OBGYN Physician\u00a0to join a dedicated healthcare team in the heart of Coachella Valley. You\u2019ll deliver exceptional women\u2019s healthcare \u2014 from preventive exams and chronic care management to prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services. This position also provides opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and community health impact.<\/p>\n

Principais responsabilidades
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to female patients
Oversee prenatal, natal, and postnatal monitoring and care
Deliver babies safely and manage labor and delivery procedures
Prescribe and manage medications and treatments as appropriate
Perform in-clinic procedures and maintain detailed medical documentation
Collaborate with medical staff and consult with the Medical Director on complex cases
Supervise or mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
Participate in clinic meetings, policy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
Serve as preceptor for medical and NP\/PA students
Support compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements
Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
3+ years of experience in\u00a0Gynecology\u00a0and\u00a0Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active and valid licenses\/certifications:Medical Doctor (MD) \u2013 California
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) \u2013 California
Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Board Certified or Board-Eligible in OBGYN
Willingness to mentor and supervise clinical staff
Acceptance of the listed work schedule (M\u2013F, 8a\u20135p, occasional weekends\/on-call)
Ideal QualificationsDemonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused healthcare
Open to J1 or H1B visa sponsorship (available)
