We are looking for a highly motivated\u00a0Store Operations Manager Trainee\u00a0to join our fast-growing food startup. You will undergo structured training across multiple store locations on the East Coast and quickly grow into a key operations leader.<\/p>\n
Responsabilidades<\/p>\n
Assist in daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
Execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistent customer experience
Support new store openings and operational transitions
Lead, train, and develop frontline staff
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Maintain high standards of food safety and store cleanliness
Work closely with upper management on performance improvement and execution of company initiatives
Requisitos<\/p>\n
Willingness to\u00a0relocate\u00a0among different East Coast store locations
Experience in\u00a0store operations or management\u00a0preferred (F&B, retail, or consumer goods industry)
Strong\u00a0leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a\u00a0fast-paced startup environment
High level of responsibility, adaptability, and stress tolerance
Fluent English required; Mandarin language skills are a plus
