As our business expands, we are seeking a motivated\u00a0E-Commerce Sales Representative\u00a0to manage online inquiries, engage with customers on social media, and help drive online sales growth. We provide\u00a0H1B sponsorship\u00a0for qualified candidates.<\/p>\n
Responsabilidades<\/p>\n
Respond to customer inquiries from\u00a0social media channels\u00a0(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube,Red Note etc.) in a timely and professional manner
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
Convert online leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up
Maintain and update product information on e-commerce platforms and social channels
Collaborate with marketing to improve social media content and promotional campaigns
Track sales leads, prepare basic sales reports, and communicate customer feedback to the team
Assist with customer service tasks such as order follow-up, quoting, and product information support
Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to communicate with customers and handle social media inquiries
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer communication
Experience in e-commerce sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple inquiries
Basic understanding of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus (training provided)
Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S. \u2014\u00a0H1B sponsorship is available
