This is an\u00a0on-site, full-time\u00a0position in\u00a0San Francisco, CA.<\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI and digital workers. Your primary focus will be on driving\u00a0velocity\u00a0and\u00a0end-to-end ownership\u00a0of products and problems within the engineering team.<\/p>\n<p>Principais responsabilidades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and build new, complex workflows within our core products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and optimize existing feature-rich workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a critical bridge between Applied Research, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, propose, and implement significant architectural improvements and scalability solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and enforce technical decisions and best practices across the engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to product engineering across the full stack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requisitos<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, or significant, proven experience across both frontend and backend development.
