Our practice focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, M&amp;As, private placements, and ongoing SEC compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Position Overview:<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Securities Attorney to join our dynamic team.
