Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy across all departments, including engineering, operations, and customer success.
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, define role scopes, and manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact positions.
Drive Solstice’s branding initiatives, tell Solstice\u2019s story and attract top talent who align with our mission and values.
Implement recruiting analytics to track pipeline health, candidate conversion rates, and time-to-hire metrics.
Create programs to nurture internal talent, manage performance reviews, and foster leadership development.

This role offers a highly competitive NYC salary in the\u00a0$160,000\u2013$200,000\u00a0range, calibrated to reflect experience, seniority, and the level of ownership you\u2019ll take on as part of the early team.
