Take food orders and utilize POS for inputting accurate orders, collecting payment and making change. Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipe standards and accurately measuring alcohol according to specific measures. Excellent Guest Service and exude a warm and hospitable nature to owners and guest, engaging everyone in conversation. Responsible for general upselling. Adhere to state and local laws and Check ID of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age. Manage customers’ alcohol intake to prevent over intoxication and drinking and driving.
