This role is critical to building a repeatable engine across acquisition, activation, and monetization.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of Growth will own the entire customer journey, from first touch to activation and retention. While SEA is the company\u2019s strongest acquisition channel today, the\u00a0expectation is not optimization only but full ownership of growth strategy and execution.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires a\u00a0highly technical profile\u00a0capable of\u00a0working closely with engineers and designers to build, iterate, and ship growth experiments, including onboarding improvements and POCs. The company plans to eventually hire a GTM Engineer to work closely with this role. SEA execution is currently externalized.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In particular, their scope will be fivefold:<\/p>\n<p>Product Led Growth Strategy<br \/>Own the end to end PLG motion, from first touch to activation and retention<br \/>Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design and iterate on onboarding and activation flows<br \/>Contribute directly to defining US product market fit<br \/>Acquisition and Performance Marketing<br \/>Own paid acquisition strategy, with SEA as a core growth lever<br \/>Scale spend confidently based on ROI and business impact<br \/>Launch and optimize retargeting strategies across channels<br \/>Work with external partners where execution is outsourced today<br \/>Website and Onboarding Optimization<br \/>Improve landing pages, conversion paths, and activation funnels<br \/>Lead experimentation across website and onboarding experiences<br \/>Work hands on with designers and engineers to ship improvements quickly<br \/>Experimentation and Analytics<br \/>Define growth KPIs and success metrics without overengineering analytics<br \/>Build a fast test and learn culture with clear ROI expectations<br \/>Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on impact and effort<br \/>Cross Functional Leadership<br \/>Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Revenue, SEO, Brand, and Content<br \/>Act as a growth leader who sets direction and executes alongside the team<br \/>Prepare the ground for future hires, including a GTM Engineer<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of\u00a0Product, SEA, and PLG experience. They are\u00a0technical, deeply\u00a0data driven,\u00a0and highly interested in\u00a0AI driven workflows, particularly in onboarding and activation.<\/p>\n<p>This person\u00a0has owned a product-led growth motion\u00a0end to end, with significant experience in\u00a0paid acquisition\u00a0as a core lever. They come from\u00a0consumer or prosumer SaaS companies\u00a0with\u00a0similar ACVs, such as Grammarly, Figma, or Notion, rather than Enterprise environments.<\/p>\n<p>They are\u00a0product centric, comfortable building or scoping POCs, and\u00a0able to work hands on with engineers to fix, ship, or improve product experiences. They have been involved in building growth before true product market fit and have contributed directly to defining it.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0culture is fast moving and sometimes chaotic, with\u00a0international profiles\u00a0being a strong fit.
