We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Cranbury (NJ), with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet.Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring\u00a0an HR Assistant\u00a0for our California warehouse to\u00a0support HR operations and employee lifecycle management.<\/p>\n<p>Work location: Fontana, CA 92337<\/p>\n<p>Principais responsabilidades<\/p>\n<p>Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Transfer, Status Changes, Offboarding)<\/p>\n<p>Manage full-cycle employee onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding processes<br \/>Maintain training records and compliance-related documentation<br \/>Assist with new hire orientation and company policy presentations<br \/>Ensure accurate execution of HR procedures aligned with company structure and policies<br \/>Coordinate closely with different departments to ensure smooth process flow<br \/>Timecard Auditing &amp; Invoice Reconciliation<\/p>\n<p>Review weekly timecards for warehouse and office employees<br \/>Audit daily working hours with high attention to detail<br \/>Reconcile time records with staffing agency invoices<br \/>Identify discrepancies and communicate corrections promptly<br \/>Ensure payroll-related records are accurate and compliant<br \/>HR Data &amp; Process Support<\/p>\n<p>Assist in building and maintaining HR databases<br \/>Support HR data analysis, including but not limited to creating dashboards, maintaining database, etc.<br \/>Participate in HR workflow optimization and system development<br \/>Proactively identify and recommend process improvements<br \/>Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p>Strong learning ability and ability to quickly understand company systems and processes<br \/>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility<br \/>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis)<br \/>Experience creating reports or dashboards is a plus<br \/>Strong communication and presentation skills<br \/>High level of integrity and confidentiality<br \/>Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume operational tasks<br \/>Interested in long-term career development in Human Resources<br \/>Career Development<\/p>\n<p>This role is a core HR operations support position. The candidate will gain in-depth exposure to large-scale HR operations and will have opportunities to participate in data analysis and process optimization projects.High performers may take on expanded responsibilities in data reporting, workflow design, and project-based initiatives.
