In this pivotal role, you will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of managing a large-scale SaaS platform, overseeing the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of modules such as Absence Management, Benefits, and Workforce Structures across more than 20 countries. As a hands-on technical expert, you will code complex business rules for unions, non-unions, hourly, and salaried staff, while coordinating effectively across at least 15 diverse cross-functional teams to solve intricate challenges for a wide array of global customers. Tasked with driving a high-performance Agile environment, you will manage the end-to-end support lifecycle\u2014including incident resolution, quarterly releases, and proactive maintenance\u2014while utilizing data-driven metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to strict SLAs. Your technical proficiency must include Oracle integration tools like HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and SQL, alongside a proven track record of implementing automated testing via TOSCA to enhance system reliability. Furthermore, you will navigate complex downstream integrations and payroll processes, lead the adoption of innovation such as Redwood deployment and Agentic AI, and ensure rigorous compliance with Cybersecurity, SOX, and GDPR standards.
