This position will provide the qualified candidate an opportunity to work in a global, fast paced, fun team environment with exposure to several cross-functional areas including lead system engineering, Electric Vehicle systems, NVH, Vehicle Operations, Tier 1\/2 Suppliers and Program Management.<\/p>\n
LeadGenerator integration into existing and future electric and EREV vehicle architectures.
Lead the team to provide technical system support throughout all phases of the vehicle program to ensure robust system engineering and program execution and performance.
Lead to work with program team to understand the required functional and physical properties of a ebeam system
Lead on system DFMEA and manufacturing PFMEA
Lead and drive Tier 1 supplier to manage them deliver our programs on time with best cost\/quality
Lead to work with Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Controls team to ensure system \/ subsystem interfaces delivery.
Identifies, tracks, and resolves engineering issues.
Support program launches

Educa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n
BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or a related field require<\/p>\n
5+ years of transmission or eDrive unit development, or Powertrain experience<\/p>\n
5+ years experience in Microsoft tools<\/p>\n
5+ years of CAD experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experi\u00eancia:<\/p>\n
Masters in product development or other Engineering degree preferred
Tools: Proficiency in MBSE tools, CAD\/CAE simulation environments, and data analysis platforms.
Versed in UML and SysML modeling languages preferred
Basic software writing in Python or Groovy preferred
Model Based System Engineering development utilizing MagicDraw\/3DX toolkit preferred
Experienced in analyzing a descriptive model to assist in complex decision making preferred
Prior experience in Systems design and processes
Proven delivery of balanced Quality\/Cost\/Weight\/Function\/Timing attributes for components or subsystems
Clear communication skills and highly motivated to exceed expectations in a constantly changing product landscape
Formal Systems Engineering knowledge to solve complex problems
Systems Engineering: Expertise in systems engineering principles, including P-diagrams, DFMEA, and functional safety.
Strong foundation in FMA processes and documentation
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, electric motors, battery systems, and traditional ICE components.
Knowledge of Driveline controls \/ communication system
PPAP experience
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.<\/p>\n
