Recruiting is one of the primary drivers of our growth, and maintaining a high hiring bar is central to how we operate. You will partner directly with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, build pipeline ahead of demand, and close top talent in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the team and culture at one of the most exciting startups in AI.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your Impact<\/p>\n<p>Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&amp;A, and Operations functions \u2014 from intake and sourcing through offer and close<br \/>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, leveling, interview plans, and sourcing strategies; lead debriefs and push back on specs that will not get results<br \/>Build and maintain pipelines through proactive outbound outreach, competitive research, and community-based sourcing \u2014 ahead of demand, not in response to it<br \/>Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that reflects the company&#8217;s voice and mission<br \/>Manage offers end-to-end, understanding what motivates each candidate and maintaining strong acceptance rates in competitive markets<br \/>Coordinate closely with Sourcers and RCs to keep handoffs clean and candidates moving; give clear briefs and keep the team unblocked<br \/>Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and process improvements; build lightweight infrastructure like scorecards and debrief guides as you go<br \/>Contribute to recruiting operations, tooling, and best practices as the team scales<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O que voc\u00ea traz<\/p>\n<p>4\u20138 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably in AI, dev tools, or B2B SaaS environments<br \/>Hands-on experience owning GTM or G&amp;A functions across multiple verticals; you understand how these teams operate and what good looks like in each<br \/>Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a creative approach to finding talent outside of the usual channels<br \/>A track record of closing top talent in competitive markets; you understand what motivates candidates beyond comp and manage objections before they become drop-offs<br \/>Experience as a genuine strategic partner to hiring managers: advising on scope, leveling, interview design, and offer strategy<br \/>Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers, with the ability to grasp technical concepts, and pitch the company in a compelling way<br \/>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high and evolving hiring standards<br \/>Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby, and sourcing platforms like Juicebox<br \/>A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in AI and building great teams<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<p>Agency recruiting experience or a blended background (agency + in-house) strongly preferred<br \/>Experience recruiting for additional functions such as Product, G&amp;A, or technical roles<br \/>Experience at an early-stage startup where you contributed to building recruiting process alongside hiring<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>More Details<br \/>In-office policy:\u00a0We\u2019re an in-person team based out of offices in San Francisco, London and Bangalore We love being in the office, hanging out together, and learning from each other every day.<\/p>\n<p>Visa sponsorship:\u00a0We provide visa sponsorship support and assess each circumstance on a case-by-case basis.
