We are a fast-growing live e-commerce startup looking for a sharp, organized, and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support daily live selling operations.<\/p>\n
This role is for someone who moves fast, follows up clearly, and can keep the team organized without needing constant reminders.<\/p>\n
Responsabilidades:<\/p>\n
Manage daily schedules for hosts, packing, and support team
Maintain the daily task board and follow up on unfinished tasks
Prepare live show checklist, product list, and basic live planning
Track sales, work hours, and daily performance data
Follow up across host, packing, customer service, and operations
Create simple KPI recaps after live shows
Help improve SOPs and daily workflow
Requisitos:<\/p>\n
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Fast execution and strong follow-up skills
Comfortable with Google Sheets \/ Excel
Able to work in a startup environment
Bilingual Chinese\/English preferred
Live selling, e-commerce, retail, or operations experience preferred
