We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our growing Thai restaurant team.<\/p>\n
Salary: $60,000 \u2013 $85,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)<\/p>\n
Responsabilidades:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate staff
Ensure exceptional customer service
Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor costs
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Drive sales growth and operational excellence
Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain the authenticity and quality of Thai cuisine
Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
