As we transition from product development into large-scale commercialization and operational expansion, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Program Management to establish and lead a world-class Program Management Office (PMO), drive cross-functional execution, and ensure successful delivery of strategic company initiatives.<\/p>\n

The Vice President of Program Management will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide program management efforts across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, commercialization, and strategic business initiatives.<\/p>\n
This executive leader will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs while ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, budgets, and operational priorities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale product development programs, building PMO organizations, and driving execution across multiple departments in high-growth environments.<\/p>\n
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Program Management will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and play a critical role in translating company strategy into successful execution.<\/p>\n
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Execution<\/p>\n
Develop and implement the company\u2019s program management framework, governance structure, and execution methodologies.
Establish and lead the Program Management Office (PMO) to support company-wide strategic initiatives.
Drive execution of critical programs across engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, project priorities, resources, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Establish program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting processes to provide visibility into organizational performance.
Product Development & Commercialization<\/p>\n
Lead cross-functional program planning from concept development through commercialization and market launch.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Ensure successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and commercialization initiatives.
Drive program readiness reviews, milestone management, and launch planning activities.
Resolve cross-functional issues and remove organizational obstacles impacting execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary executive responsible for coordinating activities among multiple departments and external partners.
Facilitate executive-level decision-making through structured program reviews and status reporting.
Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are achieved on schedule and within budget.
Foster collaboration and communication across technical, operational, and business functions.
Operational Planning & Organizational Effectiveness<\/p>\n
Develop integrated program schedules that align product development, manufacturing readiness, supply chain planning, and business objectives.
Establish resource planning processes to optimize organizational capacity and project prioritization.
Improve operational efficiency through standardized processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and organizational effectiveness.
Risk Management & Business Planning<\/p>\n
Identify program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across all major initiatives.
Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational growth initiatives.
Ensure programs remain aligned with evolving company priorities and market conditions.
Leadership & Team Development<\/p>\n
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Program Managers and Project Managers.
Recruit and develop PMO leadership as the organization scales.
Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Coach cross-functional leaders on project planning, resource management, and program execution best practices.
Qualifications Required<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Development, Operations, or related disciplines.
Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization and market launch.
Experience building and managing Program Management Offices (PMOs) and organizational governance structures.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, manufacturing readiness, supply chain operations, and commercialization processes.
Demonstrated success managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and external partners.
Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, resources, and organizational priorities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferenciais<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Mandarin\u00a0speaker Strongly preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience in modular construction, prefabricated housing, automotive, aerospace, consumer products, technology hardware, or related industries.
Experience scaling organizations from early-stage development through commercialization and growth.
Experience managing domestic and international teams, suppliers, and strategic partners.
