Desert Mountain Club, Inc., located in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks<\/p>\n
eighteen (18) full-time, temporary Cooks who will be responsible for<\/p>\n
preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts,<\/p>\n
and other food items in a restaurant.<\/p>\n
Will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine at Desert Mountain Club.<\/p>\n
Six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume<\/p>\n
environment at a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private<\/p>\n
club required.<\/p>\n
Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers<\/p>\n
expense if not returning from the previous season.<\/p>\n

Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided for those living<\/p>\n
in employer-provided housing, subject to availability and schedule of<\/p>\n

the first pay period. All utilities are included in rent (up to $100.00<\/p>\n
per month). If employees use of utilities exceeds $100.00 per month,<\/p>\n
overage may be deducted from pay. Upon completion of employment,<\/p>\n
employees are responsible for replacement of lost keys, cleaning, and<\/p>\n
repair fees of up to $500.00.<\/p>\n
Additional, optional benefits are offered to worker, for workers sole<\/p>\n
benefit, including health and dental insurance (worker is eligible for<\/p>\n
enrollment after sixty (60) days of employment at the Club). If<\/p>\n
voluntarily elected by worker, costs\/contributions will be deducted from<\/p>\n
