Monitor, observe and report student behavior according to approved policies and procedures.
\nSupervise children at all times, ensuring well-being and safety.
\nCheck program equipment and make sure it is safe and adequate before the program starts.
\nConducts a progressive, challenging program for youth.
\nWorks productively and consistently with After School Program Supervisor, After School Program Teachers, parent, youth, and community.
\nMaintains order and procedures during activities; e.g. classroom, gym, playground, etc.
\nAttends designated orientations and in-services.
\nMaintain supplies inventory as necessary.
\nAssist students by providing proper examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude and general guidance.
\nMaintain attendance records and make sure the children are signed out and released to authorized adult.
\nAssure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and regulations.
\nDirect group activities of students as assigned; assist in monitoring playground activities as assigned; assist in emergency drills, assemblies, play periods

Education\/Experience:<\/p>\n
At least one (2) years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
\nBachelor\u2019s degree, preferred
\nMust be computer literate; Examples – database navigation, Google and MS Office applications
\nEnglish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
Level B2 required, C1+ preferred (based on Common European Framework of References for Languages) or equivalent certification such as TOEFL or IETLS.
