Manage laborers and assist project manager at job site daily
\nRead and understand plans, specification and other construction documents
\nDefine project scope and identify project resources that required for projects
\nPrepare preconstruction documents
\nAssist project managers to project schedules, budgets and\u00a0quality assurance
\nPlan and supervise day to day job site activities
\nCommunicate project scope with foremen
\nAct as a main point of contact for project
\nQualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n
MUST have prior experience with a Roofing Contractor
\nKnowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures
\nFlexibility with travel requirements and overtime as necessary
\nDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferred
\nProficiency in MS Office and general\u00a0computer skills
\nExperience in the following software is preferred but not required
