We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative R&D Manager to lead the research and development of our eyelash product lines. This role will focus on creating breakthrough products, enhancing existing designs and formulations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Product Development, and Quality Assurance.<\/p>\n

\nPrincipais responsabilidades:<\/p>\n
Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through commercialization for false eyelashes, adhesives, tools, and related accessories.
\nResearch and develop new materials, lash styles, application technologies, and sustainable solutions aligned with market trends and customer needs.
\nOversee prototype development, testing, and performance evaluation to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
\nCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to source and validate raw materials and components.
\nWork with the product development team to translate consumer insights into innovative product concepts.
\nMonitor competitor products, global trends, and new technologies to drive innovation pipeline.
\nPrepare and maintain technical standard samples and documentation, including product specifications, test reports, and regulatory filings.
\nManage the R&D budget and project timelines while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
\nProvide technical support to production and quality assurance teams to resolve formulation or process issues.
\nQualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree or higher
\n5+ years of experience in product development or R&D in the beauty industry (preferably with eyelashes or related categories).
\nFluency in Korean and English is required.
\nExcellent interpersonal skills; a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
\nHighly organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
