\nCore Responsibilities<\/p>\n
– Assist Consumer Marketing Team in day-to-day agency relationships and keeping them accountable for strategic objectives and KPIs<\/p>\n
– Collect and monitor feed back on internal and external communications campaigns and suggest improvements where possible<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Social Media Marketing<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Work with the Consumer Marketing team and external agency to develop strategic, engaging and consumer-friendly content for social media platforms<\/p>\n
– Lead and participate in conversations with external agency<\/p>\n
– Oversee social media content calendar for all brands and provide timely, accurate, and appropriate feedback to external agency<\/p>\n
– Oversee social media ads (TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram) and manage Facebook Business Manager<\/p>\n
– Assist external agency and internal creative team with planning campaigns, seasonal and evergreen social strategies<\/p>\n
– Strong understanding of social media space, conversations, and trends<\/p>\n
– Work with external agency to create copy for social media campaigns using each brand\u2019s voice and persona to ensure that we are pushing out engaging and relevant content to our audience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Influencer Marketing<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Support implementation of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies<\/p>\n
– Build relationships with influencers for earned and owned content<\/p>\n
– Attend photoshoots for new launches and give input on content needed<\/p>\n
– Implement and reach out to Influencers to create campaigns with and build brand ambassador and affiliate programs<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n
– Strong understanding of social media space, conversations, and trends<\/p>\n
– Strong copywriting and communication\/collaborative skills required<\/p>\n
– Bachelors degree, preferably in Journalism or Marketing Communications<\/p>\n
– 2-4 years of relevant experience required (internships count)<\/p>\n
– Deep and proven knowledge of all aspects of social media and relevant platforms and community management<\/p>\n
– Highly detail-oriented – Be up-to-date with trends and current events<\/p>\n
