Sails Restaurants LLC d\/b\/a Sails Restaurant, Sava, and Omasava, located in Naples, Florida, seeks fifteen (15) \u00a0full-time, temporary Cooks who will be responsible for cooking, baking, grilling, sauteing, and broiling seafood, meat, poultry and vegetables, keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized, receiving and storing all ingredients daily, preparing all raw ingredients, preparing sauces, breaking down and scaling whole fish. They will also be responsible for preparation of raw bar ice display, caviar presentation and plating hot and cold food.\u00a0 Will report directly to the Executive Chef at Sails Restaurants<\/p>\n

Employer will consider for employment any applicant who possesses one (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.<\/p>\n

Wage: $ 17.22- $25.00 per hour, at least 40 hours a week. Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at $25.83 to $37.50 per hour.<\/p>\n
May be eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus if employed at the time that any bonus is paid.<\/p>\n
Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.\u00a0 Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.\u00a0 Example shifts: 10:00am to 6:00pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm.\u00a0 Shift hours may vary.<\/p>\n
Employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.<\/p>\n

Additional optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker\u2019s sole benefit, including medical, dental, and vision. If voluntarily elected by worker, costs\/contributions will be deducted from paycheck.<\/p>\n

Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law unless optional benefits are elected by worker.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.<\/p>\n
On Job Training:<\/p>\n
Applicant will also be required to complete on the job training.
