Yellowstone Club\u2019s Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for Stewards.<\/p>\n
As responsabilidades incluem:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
\nOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, handwash station, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
\nBreakdown dirty bus tubs
\nRack and spray items with hot water
\nSort, soak, and wash\/rewash silverware
\nInspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for rewashing
\nStore clean wares in appropriate areas
\nWash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
\nSafely use and store detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals
\nLoad\/unload trucks that deliver or pickup food or supplies
\nReceive and stock supplies, store perishables, and rotate stock
\nMove equipment, supplies, or food
\nEmpty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area
\nSweep and mop floors
\nDispose of glass in proper containers
\nBreakdown cardboard
\nPlace recyclables in recycle bin
\nAssist with basic food preparation or serving, as needed
\nPrepare place settings
\nSet banquet tables
\nFollow all safety\/security policies\/procedures
\nMaintain a clean and neat appearance. Maintain outstanding service standards for Members and guests<\/p>\n

Requisitos do cargo:<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 months steward or dishwashing experience in luxury club or private resort setting
\nAbility to operate dishwashing machine
\nBasic kitchen safety knowledge; speak\/write English clearly\/legibly
\nFrequently lift up to 40 lbs.
\nConstantly use hands\/fingers to handle\/organize\/lift items
\nConstantly stand\/walk\/talk\/hear
\nFrequently bend\/stoop\/kneel\/crouch\/reach w\/ hands\/arms
\nConstantly use vision for accuracy\/attention to detail
\nAble to stand for extended periods of time
\nMust pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US and H-2B workers.<\/p>\n
