Yellowstone Club\u2019s Fleet & Facilities department is currently seeking candidates for Maintenance ll.<\/p>\n
The Maintenance Technicians provide engineering\/maintenance services in the support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Yellowstone Club\u2019s facilities. Maintenance Technicians contribute to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, up-keep of new and old facilities. Our Maintenance Engineers participate in all facets of lifecycle maintenance management.<\/p>\n
As responsabilidades incluem:<\/p>\n
Provide engineering\/maintenance services in support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Club facilities
\nContribute to minor and major facility improvements, renovations, and upkeep of new and old facilities
\nMaintain all tools and equipment in good repair
\nSupport and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting Members and employees
\nManage repair and maintenance projects and building improvements by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks
\nCoordinate maintenance efforts with engineering and other affected departments
\nMonitor and perform tests on Fire Alarm\/Life Safety systems, be fully informed of system operation, and handle emergencies involving systems
\nProvide working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems
\nMonitor energy and utility usage of buildings on property
\nLog, track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units
\nEnsure confidentiality and security of visited rooms and homes. Maintain privacy of Members at all times<\/p>\n

Requisitos do cargo:<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years maintenance engineer work experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
\nProven work experience with electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance and safety systems, and repair skills for a facility and its equipment
\nSpeak\/write English clearly\/legibly
\nPerform basic math calculations; talk and\/or hear
\nFrequently lift up to 50 lbs.
\nUse hands\/fingers to handle\/lift items; constantly stand\/walk\/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands\/arms, must be able to stand for extended periods
\nMay be required to work outside in heat, extreme cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather
\nMust pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers<\/p>\n
