\nConduct comprehensive market research mainly utilizing company’s consumer research platform, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, product testings, focus groups.
\nOperate and maintain the consumer research platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal utilization.
\nAnalyze data to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
\nGenerate reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
\nUtilize research data effectively to provide recommendations and support strategic decision-making processes.
\nManage project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery of research outcomes.
\nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on market research activities conducted on the platform.
\nCollaborate with platform developers to communicate platform operation experiences, provide feedback, and facilitate maintenance work for continuous improvement.
\nAnalyze data resulting from research projects to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
