Data Analyst Duties:<\/p>\n
Research and compile new data, organizing it according to established standards
\nCreate new reports or enhance current reports with new data
\nWrite, guide and test new reports
\nPerform data entry and reformat data for reports
\nUse and recommend third-party software to increase efficiency
\nCreate new documents, such as presentations, charts, and graphs
\nUse data to identify market trends and opportunities for organizational growth
\nData Analyst Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop, maintain, and enhance database and analytical tools, and oversee data collection, integration, and analysis
\nAnalyze, document, and report data to support critical decisions
\nWork closely with data integrity, integrity, and compliance teams to develop and maintain companywide compliance standards, to ensure accuracy and completeness
\nMaintain database accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data standards and guidelines
\nUpdate technical documents on data quality, availability, integrity, and security
\nKeep abreast of emerging technologies, attend training, and attend professional conferences to keep current on industry trends
\nContinuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends, forecast business performance, and identify business opportunities
\nManage and lead a team of analysts
\nDevelop strategic relationships with vendors and vendors\u2019 clients
\nWork with business and technology teams to define, document, and deploy enterprise data standards
\nPerform other related duties as
\nRequirements And Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in a managerial role
\nStrong decision-making capabilities
\nAbove-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
\nStrong working knowledge of operational procedures
\nHighly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
\nKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
