\nPrepare procedures manuals, user guides, and technical documentation, to include but not limited to, report development documentation.
\nPrepare written analyses and recommendations.
\nDevelop new reporting tools, views, and interfaces.
\nTrain users in new applications, reporting tools or system features.
\nMaintain daily work reports.
